Wendi assists in all aspects of all aspects of chapter 7 and 13 cases, including calculating feasibility and preparing the liquidation analysis for a Chapter 13 repayment plan. She provides notice to creditors to stop foreclosures, repossessions, and garnishments while communicating daily with clients, creditors, and the Chapter 13 Trustee's office. Wendi works closely with creditor attorneys on motions for relief from stay, objections to confirmation, amended plans, and lien stripping. She also monitors Chapter 7 and 13 cases from filing to discharge. Wendi's thorough understanding of the Chapter 13 process allows her to assist clients efficiently and effectively. |
Jackie GallagherParalegal for Laura L. DonaldsonJackie joined our firm in 2018 after working for 15 years at M. Caroline Cantrell & Associates. She drafts the bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and plans after collecting all of the required financial documents, and to ensure the bankruptcy petition, schedules, statement of financial affairs, and means test are accurate. Jackie monitors cases from filing to discharge, answering client and creditor questions, proving notice to creditors to stop foreclosures, repossessions, and garnishments, preparing hearing files, reviewing correspondence, communicating with the Bankruptcy Trustees, and assisting clients with reaffirmation agreements. Jackie also works closely with creditor attorneys on motions for relief from stay, objections to confirmation, and amended plans. She works diligently to ensure the process of filing bankruptcy is as smooth and as stress free as possible. In addition to her bankruptcy duties, Jackie assists in the litigation process by putting together trial notebooks, and organizing and preparing exhibits for trial. Jackie also has experience in personal injury law, family law, criminal law, and drafting wills. |
